As Construction/Package Manager, we successfully led the fireproofing package during the shell and core phase, collaborating closely with specialist contractors and consultant fire engineers to develop and implement a comprehensive and robust fireproofing strategy. Our unwavering commitment to exceptional quality was upheld through regular inspections and audits, ensuring meticulous compliance with building regulations and the highest industry standards. By carefully monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and proactively addressing potential delays, we efficiently managed the package budget to maintain progress and cost control.
In addition to fireproofing, we oversaw the setup of site welfare facilities, ensuring the timely completion of base build works in designated areas within an ambitious schedule. Through proactive problem-solving and precise management of interdependencies, we ensured the seamless and efficient delivery of these critical project components, making a significant contribution to the overall success of the development.
