As Site Manager on Phase 9 of the development, we successfully oversaw the construction and bespoke fit-out of private luxury apartments and duplex penthouses. Our role encompassed managing on-site production, upholding uncompromising quality standards, interpreting intricate technical drawings, and resolving site-related technical challenges with precision.
In Phase 11, our role expanded to Project Manager, where we led a multidisciplinary design team, including Architects and Engineers, through an extensive and highly detailed design process of the penthouses. We meticulously managed on-site activities, ensured high standards of craftsmanship at every stage, and conducted rigorous design reviews to ensure buildability.
Throughout this project, we applied a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, high-end materials, and stringent legal requirements specific to ultra-luxury residential developments—ensuring that every element met the highest standards of excellence.
