As Site Manager for Phase 9 of the prestigious Battersea Reach development, we managed and oversaw the construction and internal fit-out of private luxury apartments and duplex penthouses. This role required meticulous management of on-site production, unwavering adherence to rigorous quality and safety standards, precise interpretation and implementation of technical drawings, and the resolution of site-specific technical queries with accuracy and efficiency. We also closely collaborated with statutory bodies, including NHBC and BCO, ensuring compliance inspections and approvals were achieved.
Transitioning to Project Manager for Phase 11, we led a multidisciplinary design team—including architects and engineers—through an extensive and highly detailed design process during the design and manufacturing phases of the penthouses. Our role encompassed managing complex on-site activities, maintaining exceptional work quality at every stage, and rigorously reviewing and refining design drawings to ensure buildability and effective coordination.
Across both phases, we demonstrated an in-depth understanding of advanced construction processes, premium materials, and the unique legal and regulatory requirements of high-end residential developments. Our proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence were pivotal in delivering these iconic projects to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
