These include an indoor swimming pool, a relaxing Jacuzzi, a state-of-the-art gymnasium, a private cinema, children’s play areas, and beautifully landscaped communal gardens. As Post-Completions Construction Manager, we led rectification works in occupied luxury residential residences, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role demanded a meticulous and proactive approach, facilitating final handovers through clear, consistent communication and a commitment to fostering strong client relationships.
In close collaboration with architects and engineers, we developed comprehensive rectification plans and efficiently managed subcontractor activities to ensure all work met rigorous quality standards. By working closely with property management teams, we carefully planned and coordinated operations to minimise disruption to residents, delivering a seamless, efficient process that upheld the prestige, integrity, and exclusivity of these luxury developments.
