As Post-Completions Construction Manager, we led rectification works in occupied luxury residences, ensuring uncompromising quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. Through proactive management and clear communication, we facilitated seamless final handovers while maintaining strong client relationships.

Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, we developed comprehensive rectification plans and upheld the highest quality standards. By coordinating with property management teams, we meticulously planned operations to minimise disruption, ensuring a discreet, seamless process that preserved the prestige and exclusivity of these distinguished developments.
