As Post-Completions Construction Manager, we oversaw the seamless execution of rectification works in occupied luxury residences, ensuring minimal disruption while delivering timely, high-quality resolutions.
Our role involved precise subcontractor coordination, meticulous supervision, and strict adherence to the highest standards. We maintained comprehensive records, conducted rigorous inspections, and collaborated closely with estate management teams to ensure operational efficiency and resident convenience, fostering a smooth and professional resolution process.
