As Post-Completions Construction Manager, we were responsible for the seamless implementation of a pre-established rectification strategy within occupied luxury residential apartments. Central to this role was ensuring minimal disruption to residents while delivering timely and high-quality resolutions. This required precise execution of the rectification process, including the meticulous organisation, supervision, and management of subcontractors to maintain strict adherence to the highest standards.
We maintained comprehensive records of all completed works and conducted rigorous inspections to ensure quality compliance. Collaborating closely with estate management teams, we coordinated activities with careful attention to operational efficiency and resident convenience, fostering a smooth and professional resolution process.
